Jonathan Huston
Jonathan Huston is a writer and translator living and working in Los Angeles, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein, writing in English and German. He is a columnist for the Liechtenstein daily newspaper, the Liechtensteiner Vaterland. His fiction has appeared in magazines and journals in the US and Europe, including Quiddity, Cicada, Origins, and Nanoism. His collection of German short stories, Mondstaub – Erzählungen, was published in 2016. The title story, “Mondstaub” (or “Moondust” in English) appeared in the Best European Fiction 2017 anthology.
Jonathan also writes software and interactive fiction. In previous lives, he served as Liechtenstein’s legal advisor to the United Nations, worked for the governments of the United States, Switzerland, and Peru, and helped establish the International Criminal Court in The Hague.
